Both Pastis Restaurant and Upland Restaurant underwent a revitalization process to restore their aged wood plank floors, giving each establishment a refreshed, elegant look. The work for both restaurants involved deep cleaning the wood surfaces, followed by sanding to remove years of wear, and applying a custom stain along with a protective finish. To accommodate their busy daytime operations and ensure minimal disruption to guests, the work was carried out over three consecutive nights at each location. This approach allowed both restaurants to remain fully operational during regular business hours without impacting the customer experience. The result is beautifully restored wood flooring that enhances the ambiance of both restaurants, completed efficiently and professionally within the designated timeframe.
